MODES OF PAYMENT

The tour prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
1) Payment via bank-in/telegraphic transfer to our Malaysian bank account in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
2) Payment via visa/master credit card in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only. 3% convenience fee applies
3) Payment in full for all charges must be settled before check in

We accept payment by cash, cheque and interbank fund transfers. All payment is applicable to our appointed company bank accounts(s) and fax/email us the bank-in (TT) slip for our account purpose.
(VISA or MASTERCARD only) can be processed via FORM AUTHORIZATION.

All administrative bank charges to be borne by client.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
50% deposit is required for booking confirmation and the balance must be paid one (1) month prior to tour commencement.
100% full payment is required for booking confirmation less than one (1) month prior to tour commencement.
Should the payment not be received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel all reservations without prior notice.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS FOR TURTLE ISLAND
The reservation inclusive Turtle Island package can only be held 3 days (unless otherwise stated) from the date of issue client pro-forma invoice. A 100% full payment is required to secure your reservation. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.

AMENDMENT
Amendment to booking after payment is made will be charged at minimum RM50.00 per service. Transfer to another package less than 60 days prior to departure does not constitute an amendment but entails the cancellation of the original booking and is subject to the appropriate cancellation fees stated in the clause of "Cancellation Policy".

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 60 days or less before the tour arrival 25% of total price
Cancellation 30 days or less before the tour arrival 50% of total price
Cancellation 21 days or less before the tour arrival 75% of total price
Cancellation 7 days or less or NO SHOW: 100% of total price.

NO REFUND
For cancellation less than 07 days before tour departure
For passenger "NO SHOW"
For services provided but not utilized

REGULATIONS ENTERING LODGE
The resort will not allow any boats from entering into the resort unless prior approval of Bilit Rainforest Lodge Director.
No outside food & drinks are allowed in the resort.
Rates are all quote in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and Bilit Rainforest Lodge reserve the right to revise at any time, giving no less than 30 days of written notice.
Bilit Rainforest Lodge shall not be liable to any of lost, damages, expenses and costs arising.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Tropical Gateway Tours SDN BHD will endeavor to meet your special requests on meals, dietary requirements, private or adjoining room. Please inform the reservations department during booking. However, such request is strictly subject to confirmation and availability.

TRANSFERS/LAND PRICE EXLUDES
Please provide the arrival/departure flight details at the time of reservation or at least 72 hours prior to your departure. Transfer arrangements will not be provided for bookings with inaccurate arrival/departure information. Our representative will greet and meet you at the Airport arrival hall (unless otherwise advised) with a SIGNAGE bearing your name. Pick-up times from hotel are approximately and maybe subject to arrangements.
Items not included in the price are generally described in the Travel Itinerary.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Any information on the client will be kept confidential. The use if the client's personal particulars/information will be kept to the minimum and for sole purpose of completing transaction and smooth delivery of services. Every effort shall be made to ensure the integrity of the client's personal particulars and confidential information entrusted to the Company are not compromised. Client's personal information will not be disclosed to any unauthorized third party without prior written consent.

FORCE MAJEURE
Tropical Gateway Tours SDN BHD (The Company) acts as Agent for travel agents, airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport carriers and all other contractors and as such, assumes no responsibility for any act, omission, error or any irregularity, delay, loss, damage, injury, accident, change of schedules or government regulations, strikes, civil commotions etc. due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances over which it has not control. In such events, the Company reserves the right, without penalty, to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved, with or without notice, if it finds it to be in the best interests of all concerned. If a tour has to be cancelled prior to the date of departure due to circumstances beyond its control, the Company will refund all monies paid to it.
Any contact between Tropical Gateway Tours SDN BHD and the client shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

COMMENTS
Complaint/claims should be in writing with supporting documentation to the Company within 07 days.
